The rules that govern your use of BXLivechat.

1. Acceptance
By accessing BXLivechat you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
BXLivechat provides a live chat platform with a website widget, agent dashboard, admin panel, bots, and integrations with third-party messaging channels.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BXLivechat for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity, including spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
5. Payment
Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are pro-rata for unused full months on annual plans.
6. Data
You retain ownership of all customer data you process through BXLivechat. We process it strictly on your behalf per our DPA.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may suspend accounts immediately for billing or security reasons, providing notice when possible.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable efforts but no absolute warranty. Our liability is capped at 12 months of fees paid by you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong.
